Our Team
Armando P. - Principal
Project Leadership | Strategic Oversight
Armando is the founding principal of Develop Fort Worth, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development across Texas and California. He started the company to provide strategic oversight and contribute to the successful execution of local developments.
Before founding Develop Fort Worth, Armando worked with a leading general contractor, specializing in preconstruction and project management. He began his career in 2007 on a mixed-use project on Fort Worth’s 7th Street, gaining early experience in industry best practices. Over the years, he contributed to and managed notable projects, including one of Texas’ largest historical mixed-use developments (52 stories, 1.5 million square feet).
Building on his construction background, Armando fast-tracked into development management with a national real estate investment firm, assuming end-to-end ownership of execution across design, construction, and vendor teams, with proactive engagement of regulatory agencies—driving capital efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation.
He leads with a focus on decision quality and execution, ensuring that each project aligns with both strategic objectives and on-the-ground realities.
Armando holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University–Commerce and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.
